2 Separate Shipments

To speed things up, we ship items with two different transport companies:

1. The wood packages come with freight trucks on a pallet.

2. Your accessories and hardware (screws, nuts bolts) will come separately with a parcel carrier in a smaller box.

The 2 shipments will arrive at 2 different times!

You will receive 2 separate tracking codes for these 2 shipments

Please, do not be alarmed if one of the shipments arrives earlier than the other.
Both shipments are sent!

Our products are available in our third party warehouses (3PL) located in North America and Europe.

Delivery of our the Xmas Deal Pre Sale orders planned  for  February 2022, will be delivered starting Mid March 2022.

All orders after the Xmas Deal Pre Sale – ending December 4, 2021 will be delivered starting End March 2022.

Delivery of our Premium Deal Pre Sale orders, from January 4 to January 18 2022, will start in End March 2022.

All orders on the Premium Deal Pre Sale orders after January 19 2022 will be delivered starting April 2022. Till Further Notice.

Spring Countdown orders made before March 10 will start to be delivered in late April 2022. Spring Countdown orders made after March 10 will be delivered in May 2022.

Wood First Protection:  With the logistics problems and delays being reported across the globe, we were worried about your beautiful Spimbey playset sitting on a sea container or warehouse longer than expected. So we decided to pay double and to put extra food grade stain on your Spimbey to keep it free from any issues such as moisture. Don’t worry. This stain will fade after a short period and show the wood’s natural beauty.

Small accessories and hardware will ship via parcel carriers; however, many of the bigger products available on this website are delivered via a freight carrier (playsets, swings, play decks, playhouses, some playset add-ons). When the shipment arrives at the freight terminal near your location, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery appointment. While the carrier may allow some flexibility in appointment times, lengthy delays in appointments may result in storage fees. Spimba Inc. (dba. SPIMBEY)  referred to as “Company” is not responsible for such fees.

Playsets and other large items are shipped via Curbside Shipping. A Curbside Delivery is a delivery of the freight (wooden pallet with product in boxes) as close as possible to the curb at a residential address from a full-size trailer truck . This would not include bringing the pallet up to, into, or around the back of the residence, just a curbside drop. Delivery will be done by a last mile delivery truck. The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. The customer will be responsible for the contents after the delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or extraordinary delivery requirements including, but not limited to, low power lines, narrow lanes, truck restrictions, etc. The freight company via the phone number(s) you provide in your order schedules a delivery appointment. No delivery will be made unless an appointment is set. The delivery person will not require your assistance in unloading the order. If you do help unloading it will be at your own risk and “Company” will not be held liable in case of any damages or injuries.

Freight services are prepaid, and no additional charges should be presented to you at the time of delivery. However, you may request additional services of the carrier (yard delivery, garage delivery, or address change) when the carrier contacts you for a delivery appointment. These services may involve additional charges, and are not the responsibility of “Company” .

Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift gate, or address change are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. They usually cost between $35.00 and $150.00 extra. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight carrier when delivery is scheduled. It is a good idea when you make your appointment, to have the freight company call you 30 to 45 minutes before delivery so as to avoid having to wait for the driver to show up.

Merchandise is shipped from our local warehouses in North America and Europe. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. ANY damages that are discovered must be notated on the bill of lading/delivery receipt that you sign. Have the driver initial any damage report and be sure to obtain a copy of this delivery document. Failure to document any transportation related damage may result in delays or even the inability for us to send you replacement parts.

FOR ALL DELIVERY TYPES

“Company” is not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address, including any fees incurred from misdirected deliveries. If a shipment cannot be delivered successfully as a result of invalid shipping address, or if no one is available to accept/sign for the delivery after an extended period of time, the carrier may need to return the shipment to our warehouse. If this should occur, after a reasonable attempt has been made to make these arrangements with the recipient, a refund for the purchase will be provided, minus any shipping fees incurred by “Company”.

While “Company”. works closely with its carriers to assure timely shipment of your order, delivery times are NOT guaranteed, and various factors can impact the carrier’s ability to deliver within the expected time frame. These factors include:

  • Your location in relation to our third party warehouse;
  • The carrier’s equipment;
  • Holidays;
  • Weather;
  • Other unforeseen events that may delay shipping times

“Company” delivery offer is good for a standard delivery (no rush deliveries). Deliveries to some islands may incur additional delivery charges. All other islands and hard to reach areas are excluded. Please contact us at contact@spimbey.com prior to ordering to receive an accurate shipping quote.

Deliveries refused, including those due to late deliveries on the carrier’s behalf will be refunded minus all incurred shipping costs, which may include, but is not limited to, shipping costs to and from the respective delivery address.
