Delivery of our the Xmas Deal Pre Sale orders will start in February 2022. 

All orders after the Xmas Deal Pre Sale – ending December 4, 2021 will be delivered starting March 2022.  

Delivery of our Premium Deal Pre Sale orders, from January 4 to January 18 2022, will start in March 2022.

All orders on the Premium Deal Pre Sale orders after January 19 2022 will be delivered starting April 2022. Till Further Notice.

Most small accessories will ship via parcel carriers; however, many of the products available on this website are delivered via a freight carrier (playsets, swings, play decks, playhouses, some playset add-ons). When the shipment arrives at the freight terminal near your location, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery appointment. While the carrier may allow some flexibility in appointment times, lengthy delays in appointments may result in storage fees. Spimba Inc. (dba. SPIMBEY) is not responsible for such fees.

Playsets and other large items are shipped via Curbside Shipping. Delivery will be done by a last mile delivery truck. The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. The customer will be responsible for the contents after the delivery.

 Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or extraordinary delivery requirements including, but not limited to, low power lines, narrow lanes, truck restrictions, etc. The freight company via the phone number(s) you provide in your order schedules a delivery appointment. No delivery will be made unless an appointment is set. The delivery person will not require your assistance in unloading the order. If you do help unloading it will be at your own risk and Spimba Inc.(dba. SPIMBEY) will not be held liable in case of any damages or injuries.

Freight services are prepaid, and no additional charges should be presented to you at the time of delivery. However, you may request additional services of the carrier (yard delivery, garage delivery, or address change) when the carrier contacts you for a delivery appointment. These services may involve additional charges, and are not the responsibility of Spimba Inc.(dba. SPIMBEY) . 

Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift gate, or address change are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. They usually cost between $35.00 and $150.00 extra. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight carrier when delivery is scheduled. It is a good idea when you make your appointment, to have the freight company call you 30 to 45 minutes before delivery so as to avoid having to wait for the driver to show up.

Merchandise is shipped from our local warehouses in North America and Europe. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. ANY damages that are discovered must be notated on the bill of lading/delivery receipt that you sign. Have the driver initial any damage report and be sure to obtain a copy of this delivery document. Failure to document any transportation related damage may result in delays or even the inability for us to send you replacement parts.

Spimba Inc.(dba. SPIMBEY) is not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address, including any fees incurred from misdirected deliveries. If a shipment cannot be delivered successfully as a result of invalid shipping address, or if no one is available to accept/sign for the delivery after an extended period of time, the carrier may need to return the shipment to our warehouse. If this should occur, after a reasonable attempt has been made to make these arrangements with the recipient, a refund for the purchase will be provided, minus any shipping fees incurred by Spimba Inc..

While Spimba Inc.(dba. SPIMBEY). works closely with its carriers to assure timely shipment of your order, delivery times are NOT guaranteed, and various factors can impact the carrier’s ability to deliver within the expected time frame. These factors include:

  • Your location in relation to our warehouse;
  • The carrier’s equipment;
  • Holidays;
  • Weather;
  • Other unforeseen events that may delay shipping times

Spimba Inc.(dba. SPIMBEY) delivery offer is good for a standard delivery (no rush deliveries). Deliveries to some islands may incur additional delivery charges. All other islands and hard to reach areas are excluded. Please contact us at contact@spimbey.com prior to ordering to receive an accurate shipping quote.

Deliveries refused, including those due to late deliveries on the carrier’s behalf will be refunded minus all incurred shipping costs, which may include, but is not limited to, shipping costs to and from the respective delivery address.
